Are you an ambitious and client-focused Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience? Our client, a respected law firm in Bristol, is seeking a talented solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress their career within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, advising clients from various sectors on acquisitions, leases, development projects, and property financing.,

  • Handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
  • Advise clients on property financing and investment transactions, offering practical and commercial solutions.
  • Draft and negotiate lease agreements, property contracts, and related legal documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title reviews and site inspections, and advise on planning issues.
  • Liaise with clients, surveyors, banks, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Support senior solicitors on complex transactions and participate in business development activities to grow the client base.

    Experience: 2+ years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong understanding of commercial real estate law.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of property transactions, commercial leases, acquisitions, and financing.
  • Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Client Service: A client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering practical and commercially sound advice.
