Complex Care Assistant

The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team and will receive training and development to excel in this rewarding and fulfilling role., As a Sonderwell Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, such as those with non-verbal communication, minimal sight, nasogastric tubes, dystonia, seizures, and the need for rescue medication. You will be required to have experience in these areas and the patience and flexibility to meet clients on their level, providing the personal care they deserve. The role may involve working on your own or as part of a team, with day-to-day support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager. Sonderwell offers online and classroom training, as well as the opportunity to study for a relevant NVQ, to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
