Full Job Description

We are looking for a customer focussed Compliance Investment Manager to join our growing Asset Strategy and Delivery team. You will play a key role in leading PCH's investment approach to ensure our residents homes remain safe, warm, affordable and sustainable.

Has experience of mechanical and electrical and compliance procurement and contract management.
Has extensive knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations and BS7671 or equivalent gas qualifications
Has experience of contract preparation, documentation and supervision in compliance with the Procurement Act.
