Full Job Description

As a Compliance Optimisation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functional change initiatives. You will work closely with the Compliance Optimisation Lead and various stakeholders to monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships across diverse teams.

What you will be doing

· Developing and improving the compliance processes and documenting compliance requirements for change

· Collaboration with a wide range of functions within the evoke business to support the delivery change that impacts the control framework

· Ensuring appropriate governance and record keeping is in place

· Generate regular reports for senior management on the status of regulatory change.

· Tracking and ensuring completion of actions arising

· Proactive management of programme and project management level risks, issues and dependencies

· Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions - using this information to make informed decisions

· Have project management skills with a track record of working on cross-functional projects

· Have experience of delivery within the betting and gaming industry or another heavily regulated sector
