Scarborough TEC is seeking skilled Technician to join our Building Services team across the Electrical and Plumbing Department. As a Building Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in preparing and maintaining specialist areas to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained learning environments. Your responsibilities will include providing supervision to learners in independent work, contributing to resource management, and offering high-quality client service., The TEC Partnership is committed to Prevent Duty, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and promoting British Values within the workplace. We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Scarborough TEC in the role of Construction Technician If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!, The successful candidate will have knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and have Joinery, Brickwork, Plumbing or Electrical Qualifications. You will prepare and maintain specialist areas as specified by academic staff and supervise learners, to ensure safe and appropriate use of resources. You will also care for designated areas and associated equipment and handling routine maintenance. You will need to provide workshop support to ensure safe learner- to -staff ratios and prepare resources for internal and external events, supporting staff and learners
