Full Job Description
This is a senior management role, working across the full breadth of the Trust's work, from wild coastlines to mansion properties. You'll build strong partnerships within and outside the Trust, ensuring projects deliver the best possible outcomes. You'll manage and deploy your team, making sure things get done at pace, and you'll broker the right resources at the right time from the right people including external specialists. You'll also take on a variety of leadership roles for the whole region, sponsoring major projects and developing our consultancy and skills and ways of working.
You'll be a strong voice in the Trust's internal consultancy, a flexible resource of specialist skills and expertise. You'll be working with others to help make things happen, a true team player, thought leader and relationship-builder., We'd love to hear from you if this sounds like you are:?
- able to lead a team covering a wide geographical area, with a culture of inclusivity and diversity

- a leader for inclusion, who finds ways to create an inclusive culture
- qualified or experienced in a specialism such as heritage, conservation or third sector environments.
