Full Job Description

We are looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join our Customer Services team. As a Contact Centre Advisor it's pivotal in providing a consistent, high-quality service to both internal and external customers within a call centre environment, with an aim for call resolution on initial contact. As well as this, the role helps to support the planning team by accurate use of the scheduling system and other related software, aiding in the seamless and efficient running of operatives' diaries.

Can demonstrate use of Information Technology to a high level of competence, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent, and has good knowledge of information database systems and applications.
Is experienced, passionate and willing to promote an excellent customer-focused service. This will be achieved whilst responding effectively and sensitively to the needs of the customer, showing patience, understanding and respect at all times.
Has a proven ability to work independently, within a team, and to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.
Has an awareness and understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations and the implications for the department.
Can work within corporate policies and an understanding and commitment to Equal Opportunities and Anti Discriminatory practice.
