Full Job Description

We are working alongside a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Basingstoke who are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisor to join them in January 2025. If you are passionate about supporting student learning and creating a positive classroom environment, we want to hear from you!, + Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the class teacher
+ Provide assistance to students in completing tasks and activities
+ Ensure good behaviour and maintain classroom discipline
+ Support students' learning, ensuring they remain engaged with the lesson
+ Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall school community

+ Experience working with young people in a school setting is desirable
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage behaviour
+ A proactive and adaptable approach
+ Right to work in the UK (essential)
