Are you a creative and driven individual, looking for an opportunity to further your career within a busy, fast-growing company? We are looking for someone to be part of an amazing team of in-house creatives, stylists, hair, make-up artists and photographers working as one team to deliver high quality imagery for all our brands in line with our creative direction and brand guideline's.

You will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of our Creative team. As our Creative Co-ordinator you will have knowledge of women's and men's fashion, have an awareness of what's trending on social media, on top of competitor analysis and produce inspiring and innovative content that inspires our customer and accurately depict each of our brand's tone of voice.

What you will do:
Deliver creative photography to the highest quality for our customer aligned to our brand principles & creative direction.
Be able to keep up with the ever-changing requirements of a large studio & creative team.
Take direction from your Creative Lead.
Interpret and deliver multiple creative briefs a week alongside our creative photographers, videographers and producers.
Ensure all briefs are signed off with Creative Manager and Brand Creative Trend Design Forecaster.
Ensure all props, materials and products are sourced in a timely manner in line with creative deadlines and stored in an orderly manner.
Communicate effectively within the team to evolve the aesthetics of the imagery creatively.
Consistently strive to think outside the box with all processes and projects showing initiative and innovation.
Own creative teams packing, steaming, sample co-ordination. Ensuring that all requirements for a creative are met. E.g. (Photography kit, Styling kit, Creative packs etc).
Contribute and support in seasonal creative research for creative team and projects
Collaborate with wider creative team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for shoots, campaigns and other business projects
Support the Creative Manager in production, planning and booking of all photoshoots on location + studio may include but are not limited to booking travel, freelancers and kit
On-set production - Attending photoshoots to assist Creative Manager with all production requirements, including QC, selection and grading process.
Manage creative budgets and expenses.
Maintain constant awareness of competitors, consistent research and understanding of new trends, aesthetic and social movements, Pinterest, Instagram, recent campaigns, and advertising creatives to stay inspired to bring the correct approach to every shoot.
Share Competitor analysis with wider team.
Responsible for keeping schedules up to date, internally as well as with freelance and external stakeholders in all photoshoots
Present new locations, research permits and build relationships with global on the ground producers and agencies
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all other departments
Requirement to travel to external photo studios to assist with shoots - full driving licence and passport. This may include oversees travel.
Provide administrative support to creative teams, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project documentation.

At least 2 to 3 years of co-ordinating and assisting on fashion photoshoots
A passion for fashion with experience in the industry

Experience working within a large creative & studio environment.

It is essential to be commercially minded and aware of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
Comfortable with a highly pressured and rapidly changing environment.
Flexibility to work at external studios and on location is required
Ability to multi-task with a strong eye for detail, working on multiple projects to meet deadlines
High energy, proactive individual with a can-do personality
be confident working in a fast-paced working environment and meeting high-capacity deadlines.
Flexible to travel around UK and abroad
Full UK driving license.
