The position works within the WBSL Set Lighting Department, and you would be responsible for the day-to-day bookings, managed on the Set Lighting System. You will be responsible for the safeguarding of company assets and liaising with the Set Lighting Senior Client Services manager to make sure the accounts are kept up to date. Your Role Accountabilities...

• To assist with the management of the WBSL set lighting business cycle from initial quote, through service provisions and support to final invoicing with the support of the Set Lighting Senior Client Services Manager. Ensuring inter-departmental teamwork and cooperation at all levels.
• Ensure that all paperwork is correctly prepared and ready for invoicing on time and all bookings are entered onto the system correctly.
• Work closely with the Senior Set Lighting Client Services Manager on all matters within the WBSL set lighting department.
• Assist with management reporting as and when required to do so.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ad Hoc work as required.
  
  Previous experience within the lighting sector of the Film and Television industry.
• Able to work proactively with less experienced staff and increase their knowledge base.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with changing priorities.
• Highly organized self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
