Credit Controller

About the RoleYou will be working with our Credit Control Supervisor & Senior Credit Controller to maximise cash collections through the effective application of the Company's credit policy &provide day to day support for credit controllers including the escalation of problematic accounts to appropriate level.Key ResponsibilitiesPro-actively deal with both due and overdue debt ensuring queries are resolved effectivelyBuild strong relationships with internal and external customers in addition to other agenciesBe accountable for and take ownership of your allocated ledgerImproving percentage of debts paid to termsEffective reduction of aged debtEscalation of accounts in line with agreed collection pathsPreparation of reportsParticipate in monthly debt conference calls with internal stakeholdersProcessing credit card payments as and when requiredWhat We're Looking ForCredit control experiencePhone based Customer service experiencePro-active and tenacious approach to workResilient attitude
