Full Job Description

  • Carrying out assessments and gap analysis against FCA regulations and updates, competitor and market benchmarking and other industry best practice, sharing outputs with clear findings and recommendations
  • Working closely and collaboratively with business areas to gather and review evidence of regulatory compliance, summarising key points and any areas of concern
  • Agreeing actions with business areas that will improve customer outcomes and therefore reducing the risk of harm, tracking the delivery of these actions through to completion
  • Providing clear and concise reporting for Senior Management, including customer outcome assessments activity updates and outputs and taking ownership of agreed change and improvement deliverables
  • Embedding customer conduct and outcome oversight knowledge across the business, developing communications and working closely with Learning and Development to create learning materials to ensure all colleagues understand what is expected of them
  • Working closely with all business areas including analytics teams, root cause teams and 2nd/3rd lines in the delivery of a business wide approach to customer outcome oversight

    A good understanding of Consumer Duty regulations, vulnerability guidance and working within a regulatory environment - and a passion for delivering good customer outcomes!
  • The ability to interpret regulatory requirements, applying them practically to different business areas and sharing these in a simple and straightforward way with stakeholders
  • Experience of interpreting and questioning data/MI and summarising into key insights and then producing insightful and visually appealing reports and presentations
