Full Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our amazing and friendly Team!

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, putting their needs at the heart of every decision we make and helping to create great places to live that our customers are proud to call home.

You will be the point of contact for our customers with reports of Community Safety, providing a triage-style approach to the distribution of responsibility as you forward these issues on to the relevant party. This is a fantastic learning development chance for those looking to gain more insight into case diagnosis and handling of case distribution.

Our Team are charismatic, team players with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Whilst always demonstrating an empathetic customer lead approach in our working style.

You will have experience of dealing with members of the public, although this does not have to be in a contact centre environment. Also be able to maintain a high level of customer service, whilst working well under pressure.

You will be a proactive person with an ability to use your own initiative when facing situation that need quick action problem solving, with a sense of pride and awareness over your day-to-day tasks.

IT literacy skills are needed for this role as you will be working with a range of in-house databases., Disability Confident
