Full Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role involves understanding and assessing customer inquiries, providing appropriate advice and solutions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with standards. You'll also support colleagues, stay informed about regulatory requirements, and identify sales opportunities., Overall, your focus is on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

For the Customer Service Advisor role, the ideal candidate should have a general understanding of their work area, including how it fits into RMG. They need relevant product knowledge, proficiency in IT skills, effective communication (both verbal and written), and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
