Our Community Service Centre in Doncaster is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team and provide support to our Service Users., Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied. As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly whilst being responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter.

This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles. Our Service Centre is based in Doncaster and provide equipment and services to service users across the area. Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive the best possible customer service.
