This role is part-time, working 25 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role

-To provide a responsive reception service ensuring exemplary standards which exceed customer expectations, and maintain the Colleges outstanding reputation.
-To assist switchboard services to ensure the achievement of a minimum standard of 95% answer rate.
-To provide a clerical support to the CIS team where required.
-To assist with all communication services including, but not limited to, Livechat, email and WhatsApp.

Team player, committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both within the department and the wider college.
-Professional, warm and friendly manor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
-Exceptional organisational skills.
