Full Job Description

  • To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers and other company equipment
  • To ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI's
  • To complete report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructed
  • To report to your line manager any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve as well as any irregularities.
  • To maintain a standard of deportment and behavior that will always represent the company in the best possible manner
  • To work on the reception desk dealing with customer payments, pre-bookings and using credit card machines and cash handling.
  • To ensure a consistently high level of customer care
  • To assist with the cleaning of the car park including litter picking and cleaning of all public areas.
  • To carryout Enforcement within the Car Parks
  • To comply with Transport Regulations, Company Procedures, Health & Safety Law and HAL Regulations.
