Customer Service Executive – Ripon (HG4 1SL)  - Managed Services

 As a Customer Service Executive based in Ripon (HG4 1SL)  you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Building and maintaining fantastic customers relationships

  • Receiving and processing order enquiries and keeping an eye on the order status

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to source products to fulfil customer orders

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with one additional weekend day required every 4- 6 weeks which is paid as overtime
