 As a Customer Service Executive based in Ripon (HG4 1SL)  you’ll be responsible for:  

• Building and maintaining fantastic customers relationships
• Receiving and processing order enquiries and keeping an eye on the order status
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to source products to fulfil customer orders

This is a part time, permanent role working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday with one additional weekend day required every 4- 6 weeks on a rota basis.
