Join Our Team at Atlas Workplace Services! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. Are you articulate, professional, energetic, and enthusiastic? We want you! Role Overview:

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients
  • Liaise with internal customers and sub-contractors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

    A people person with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or helpdesk is a plus, but not essential
  • A passion for helping people, Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject
    • Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
  • Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
  • Understanding of Help Desk operation
  • Customer Service skills
  • Keyboard skills
