Context and Scope The Data Service Manager develops and implements the strategy for delivering data services that align with business goals and create value across marketing, sales, and other departments. She/he manages the end-to-end lifecycle of these services, collaborating with the Data Foundation team and business stakeholders to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance with governance standards. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, engaging closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and drive innovative solutions. By delivering high-performing, future-ready data services, the Data Service Manager empowers the organization to make data-driven decisions and stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Job Specifications/Qualifications

Master Degree or Equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge / Experience
• 6+ years of experience in data product management, data services, or a related leadership role in a CPG/FMCG environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex data initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Strong background in data governance, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and data quality management.
