Full Job Description

This position fulfils a critical leadership role ensuring that the Pay Absence and Expenses teams contribute to the DBS Vision by providing timely and high quality services to our customers. The role requires comprehensive Operational Delivery and leadership experience with the responsibility for c.14 staff delivering critical civilian payroll absence and expenses front-line services to internal customers whilst maintaining and improving KPI's and operational targets.
