Deputy Commercial Manager

As a Deputy Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial support within multi-disciplined integrated capture and delivery teams as required within the established commercial strategy. Day-to-day, you'll contribute to our business-winning strategy you will be responsible for all aspects of effective management of contracts within the portfolio. Including legal, pricing and intellectual property. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to commercial and contractual support, including customer bidding and contracting
• Advising on export and import control (in support of our trade solutions team), risk management, change control, contract and document drafting, and issue resolution
• Demonstrating commercial acumen on tenders and contracts of medium to high complexity
• Supporting senior commercial staff on major projects or new business campaigns
• Supporting contract management activities, including engagement throughout the contract lifecycle
• Managing post-contract processes, whilst ensuring continued customer satisfaction
  
  Strong proven background in commercial management
• Ability to influence pricing strategy within contracts
• Demonstratable experience with business budgets and financial objectives
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• An accountable and motivated self-starter
