Financial accountability is crucial, as the post holder is responsible for meeting income and expenditure targets, optimising service delivery and profitability through effective contract management, and ensuring swift action for income recovery. You will also spearhead efficiency and savings initiatives within your portfolio of services.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance hospital services, leading and mentoring the multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational goals, driving quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations., welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
