Deputy Nurse Manager (Supernumerary)

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care while fostering positive relationships with families, external care professionals, and the internal team.,

• Build meaningful relationships with service users to understand their needs and deliver exceptional care.
• Manage safeguarding processes, including identifying referral pathways for safeguarding concerns and abuse.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and team members.
• Promote collaborative care by involving service users and their families in developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized care programs.
