Full Job Description

Are you a nurturing and dedicated professional with a passion for early years education? We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Deputy Room Leader to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in providing a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children aged 3 months to preschool age. With a focus on learning through play, our carefully selected team ensures every child feels at home while engaging in exciting, age-appropriate activities.,

  • Employee Appreciation Events: Celebrate achievements and build bonds with colleagues three times a year.
  • First Aid Training: Provided for all staff to ensure a safe environment.

  • Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Room Leader in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Provide exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Mentor and support nursery staff, helping them grow professionally.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues.

    Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for creating enriching learning experiences for young children.
