You will require excellent clinical and leadership skills essential to fulfil the role as the deputy sister/charge nurse. We are looking for an individual who is keen to sustain and improve patient care, quality, and experience. You must be highly organised, with good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. It is vital that you have the capability and the ability to develop and lead a team within a supportive culture.
The main focus of this role is patient flow, to ensure we get the right patient to the right place in a timely manner, with the emphasis on patient safety and clinical efficiency whilst demonstrating high quality care., Along with supporting you to achieve your career goals we offer a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments (where applicable), 27 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata) and access to a range of NHS discounts.
