Full Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Editor, you will play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for writing compelling, creative, and on-brand copy for CRM campaigns, paid social ads, and cross-functional marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will support the marketing team by delivering high-quality copy for other promotional content when required.,

  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy for CRM campaigns that resonate with our customers and promote engagement.
  • Create effective, results-driven copy for paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring each platform's nuances are captured.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to write copy packs for company-wide marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone and brand voice across all channels.
  • Provide additional marketing copy as needed, such as for website content, product descriptions, and editorial content.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with the company's brand voice, mission, and values, while also being fun, engaging, and reflective of current fashion trends.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, industry news, and digital marketing best practices to continuously refine your writing style and approach.

    3-5 years of experience as a copywriter, with a focus on fashion, lifestyle, or retail marketing.
  • Excellent grammar and spelling with the ability to edit own work
  • Should be a person with a positive approach to networking quickly across the business
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and strategic writing, especially for digital campaigns.
  • Good understanding of CRM and paid social strategies, with proven experience in ensuring customer engagement and conversions through copy.
  • Ability to write in a fun, energetic, and on-brand tone that aligns with the company's core audience.
  • Degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fashion retail environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices as they relate to content creation.
