Digitalisation Manager

As a digitalisation manager, you will lead a team of data scientist to design and implement innovative data driven solutions to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for research and development, build of automation and AI technologies to facilitate and enhance end to end processes in Equities and FX Markets. The role will explore new technologies and how they can be embedded within Capital Markets to improve and implement new services. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring both technical expertise and strategic insight to drive process excellence.,

• Building Automation & Optimisation to streamline operational workflows, reducing manual intervention
• Build and integrate Large Language Models (LLM) to enhance natural language processing (NLP) capabilities
• Provide trading and market data insights
• Identify, evaluate and adopt emerging technologies
  
  Batchelors Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science
• MLops/Cloud Ops experience
• Cloud engineering and data architecture experience preferred
• Expertise in automation technologies, machine learning and LLM's
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets
