Director of Data and Analytics - Inside IR35

We're looking for a Direct of Data and Analytics to assist in the development and provide and oversight of programmes to implement transformational change which will enable the organisation to deliver products and improve services Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders, members and the wider housing community.,

• Accountable for the Group's data governance framework
• Develop and implement the Group's data strategy
• Accountable for ensuring that investments and initiatives in project management services are aligned with business strategy and priorities
• Develop strong stakeholder management and communication channels
• Ensure that all contracts and agreements with suppliers meet the needs of the Group and are in line with the Group's procurement framework and that supplier performance is managed in line with the contract.
• Ensure commercial processes are managed effectively including financial management, budget planning and purchase orders.
• Develop, with relevant colleagues, a suitable data strategy for the Group which supports the Corporate Strategy and compliments other relevant strategies
  
  Evidence of excellent customer service achievements in a complex service delivery environment.
• Experience in improving data quality with tangible outcomes
• Experience of leading and managing effective data and information functions including improvement and governance.
• Experience of leading successful [change] programmes with employee, customer and stakeholder engagement, involvement, and collaboration.
• Experience of delivering efficient and effective Digital development and services, on time and to budget.
• Experience of successful delivery across a variety of areas of software architecture and technology
