Full Job Description

We are looking for a values-led, compassionate and capable senior leader, with a proven track record in strategy and transformation across the NHS, to take on this exciting role leading key programmes of integrated care and collaboration across CNWL, one of the UK's largest community and mental health trusts., The role has significant emphasis on working with Divisional teams, the CSDO and other Trust Executives, to lead and shape the delivery of a number of key strategic and cross-cutting priorities, including:

  • Current and emerging Mental Health, Community and Specialist service transformation programmes
  • Delivery of the Trust's productivity agenda
  • Delivery of the Community and Mental Health core common offers across NWL
  • Programmes focused advancing the Trust's position as an anchor organisation and deliverer of community value
  • Mental Health provider collaborative development in BLMK ICS
  • Collaborative working in support of the three-Trust Board in Common (CNWL, WLT, CLCH), including both MHLDA and Community scope, Compassion: Our staff will be led by compassion and embody the values of care outlined in our Staff Charter.
