The Senior Director, Performance Marketing - Ostomy Care will be responsible for setting the vision to build and advance the business unit's digital infrastructure, omni-channel capabilities and establish performance marketing analytics capabilities.,

  • Personally lead the development of the Ostomy Care Business' digital vision, strategy, roadmap, and capabilities, including global omnichannel capabilities.
  • Ensures strong performance results across all channels including web, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social, events and affiliate partnerships.
  • Understand the role of Performance Marketing in the overall P&L and play a strategic role in driving profitable growth for the Ostomy Care business unit.
  • Assess the current state of available marketing analytics and digital capabilities define the future state and develop a practical, measurable roadmap to reach the desired state, in close collaboration with the relevant cross functional teams.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to continuously test, optimize, and improve marketing campaigns, focusing on high ROI initiatives and efficient customer acquisition.
  • Testing and Optimization: Continuously test, optimize, and improve marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Provide a vision, process frameworks and standards that allow regional marketers to drive consistently positive customer experiences for both HCP, patients and caregivers, brands, and channels that have measurable impact on the business performance KPIs.
  • Utilize segmentation to build patient and HCP journeys that attract and retain new Ostomy patients. As well as identify opportunities for increased HCP and patient engagement and prevent leakage across the journey.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform and adjust digital growth marketing strategies accordingly. Stay current about new digital platforms and AI demand gen technologies available to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes.
  • Continuously innovate customer engagement techniques to bring new ways of thinking to the global marketing, regional marketing, and field sales teams
  • Socialize dashboards for all levels of the organization to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of digital initiatives, including agency performance. Support management of agency partners, including finalizing project scope, budget, and key milestones; engage with procurement for support.
  • Oversee robust marketing mix analytics to inform business investments and targeting to enhance field execution, including predictive models and next best action.
  • Recommend and implement ways to increase traffic, open rates, engagement, signups, and new leads.
  • Manage digital channels, including media and performance tracking.
  • Align with other key functions, e.g., Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing and Medical affairs, when designing and developing patient and HCP engagement programs.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, vendor contracts and manage projects to the agreed upon timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering and actively supporting individual development, and recruiting new talents.

    The position serves as the global performance marketing lead for omnichannel marketing initiatives across the Ostomy Care business and works in close collaboration with marketing and medical affairs leadership to provide expertise in leading a data-driven digital approach. Besides relevant functional expertise, strong leadership, the ability to both articulate a vision and dive into operational details when needed to see through execution, transformative change management, enterprise mindset, and experience working closely with senior leadership in a matrixed, global organization are required., Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years related experience, with proven multichannel marketing experiences and campaign management.
  • Strong history of achieving and exceeding KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), subscription conversion rates, and retention rates.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels for B2C and B2B healthcare businesses.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
  • 10+ years of people or project management experience Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Ability to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven performance within the team.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and implementing programs and process improvements.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of multichannel marketing principles.
  • Ability to think strategically and integrate multichannel engagement into business objectives and brand plans.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategies and optimize plans.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including budget management and ROI analysis.
  • trong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, identify growth levers, and prioritize marketing investments for maximum impact.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Biotech/medical device project/process management, experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus. Willingness to explore and leverage recent technologies and digital tools.
  • Agile marketing experience - highly desirable., Experience in building out new organizational performance marketing capabilities on a global scale.
  • Strong people skills, able to communicate at all levels, engaging and enrolling people.

  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous and business acumen with focus on best practices and innovation and ensures digital initiatives generate material business and customer impact.

  • Strong familiarity with best practices, performance marketing technology/tools and how to leverage AI effectively in a marketing organization.
  • Agile marketing experience, highly desirable.
