Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We are working with a leading organisation in the Health and Social care sector to identify a newly created Divisional Head of Human Resources position. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change in a mission-focused environment, supporting the operational and commercial objectives of a high-performing division. The Role As the Divisional Head of HR, you will:

  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver excellence across the division.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Champion a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and employee development.
  • Oversee talent mapping, succession planning, and high-impact HR projects.
  • Report on divisional HR KPIs and contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

    You bring credibility, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to HR leadership. Key qualifications include:
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law (MCIPD or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven experience leading HR in the health or social care sectors.
  • Expertise in employment law, TUPE, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of driving people-focused strategies that deliver measurable results.
