Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We are working with a leading organisation in the Health and Social care sector to identify a newly created Divisional Head of Human Resources position. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change in a mission-focused environment, supporting the operational and commercial objectives of a high-performing division. The Role As the Divisional Head of HR, you will:
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver excellence across the division.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Champion a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and employee development.
- Oversee talent mapping, succession planning, and high-impact HR projects.
- Report on divisional HR KPIs and contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
You bring credibility, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to HR leadership. Key qualifications include: - A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law (MCIPD or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience leading HR in the health or social care sectors.
- Expertise in employment law, TUPE, and strategic workforce planning.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of driving people-focused strategies that deliver measurable results. What We're Looking For
