Full Job Description

Working closely with the Senior Digital Partnership Manager, the E-Retail Partnership Executive is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all e-retail assets and managing trade and retail media campaigns. The goal is to drive online sales growth and expand the customer base across premium retailer e-commerce accounts (such as SpaceNK.com, Harrods.com, Selfridges, and the BTA group).,

  • Support the Senior Manager on the premium retailer channel to drive online growth and market share gains
  • Support the digital strategy and lead on premium e-retailer accounts working in partnership with the Commercial NAM team on online planning and execution
  • Analyse results on campaign performance and how to win online
  • Project manage the delivery of all retailer campaigns through briefing and full asset delivery adapting to retailers' capabilities ensuring all brands and launches go live on time
  • Ensure all permanent brand spaces (brand rooms and PDPs) are updated accordingly
  • Execute against a regular audit strategy, identifying improvement areas, leveraging support from the Partnership Interns
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Commercial to ensure assets are adapted for each e-retail's needs, audience, and style in order to drive results against KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with SMEs to innovate and drive channel best practices (Content, Media, CRM, Performance, Advocacy)
  • Support wider E-Retail team on special projects, e.g. ratings and reviews, digital shelf analysis, content innovation, data and insights
  • Oversee tracking of all relevant activity and support Brands on campaign PCAs

    Experience in a commercial market or digitally focused role, B2B partnerships advantageous
  • Digital marketing and/or ecommerce experience desirable
  • Experience of successfully coordinating the delivery of e-retail campaigns and strong project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assets and campaigns across different partners
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in order to achieve cohesion
  • Commercially minded and able to communicate against online KPIs
  • Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude, a team player in a supportive role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and oral
