+ Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that promote early childhood development.
+ Support children s social, emotional, and physical development.
+ Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
+ Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a supportive network.
+ Ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.

+ NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or higher.
+ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
+ More than 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Passionate about child development and learning.
