Full Job Description

Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in their role.
Employer Collaboration: Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.
Plan and Organise: Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.

Are you an experienced Early Years professional seeking a fresh career with flexibility, excellent benefits, and the chance to make a real impact?

As an Early Years Trainer, you'll balance working from home with regional travel, visiting early years settings to support and train apprentices. You'll enjoy a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule, managing your own diary and choosing when to meet your apprentices in person., We're looking for passionate Early Years professionals eager to share their knowledge and make a difference in the industry. To excel in this role, you'll need:

Experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or similar).
Comfort with technology for virtual training and administration.
Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel., Disability Confident
