We are an accredited service, adhering to national ECTAS standards which we work hard to maintain. You will be liaising and working alongside LTHT staff, gaining skills and knowledge of highly specialised clinical practices. We are currently implementing an anesthetic recovery nurse training package which will be delivered by LTHT. If keen, you will have the opportunity to embark on this 8 week program once the pilot has been reviewed and approved by both Trusts., The Physical Health Monitoring and Improvement Team provide the Clozapine Monitoring and administration for service users within LYPFT, this includes learning new skills in blood taking and analyzing, physical health observations and monitoring tools including administration of medication based on these results. We also provide Depot administration for the WAA CMHT population in the form of clinics and some home visits where clinically indicated. This is a weekday only role with some flexibility built in around your shift pattern (
