Full Job Description

  • We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support students with severe, profound, and complex learning difficulties.
  • You will be part of a highly committed team focused on providing the highest quality care and promoting the well-being of our pupils.
  • Responsibilities
  • Work alongside teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education and raise standards of student outcomes.
  • Provide personal care to students, which may include toileting, catheterisation, hygiene needs, dressing, and feeding.
  • Manage and support students' medical needs, including administering emergency medication and supporting with epilepsy management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure holistic support.

    Salary: £18,328.97 - £19,882.68 + Well-being Cash Plan + Pension Scheme (LGPS) + Additional School Benefits
  • Permanent, Full Time 28.58 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Immediate Start, We are a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages professional development and collaboration.
