The successful candidate will be placed at the forefront of defining, co-ordinating and delivering technical activities where they will be required to work closely with a number of enthusiastic and multi-disciplined internal and international teams., Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen in the FCAS programme to help define and develop Effects Management Segment concepts. The role requires excellent communication skills supported by technical delivery and management experience. Typical activities include:

• Identifying which technology's to invest in
• Linking to delivery programme to identify collaboration opportunities
• Mapping Effect Management Segment technologies back into customer needs and opportunities
• Concept Generation and Refinement
• Concept capability analysis and competitor product technical performance analysis
• Informing and creating links with Research and Technology activities
