• Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Managing FCUs and AHUs.
• Conducting Emergency Light Testing.
• Addressing Reactive Maintenance needs.
• Overseeing HVAC equipment.
• Performing Fire Alarm Testing.
• Participating in general building maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality., Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure peak performance of electrical systems.
• Manage FCUs, AHUs, and conduct comprehensive Emergency Light Testing.
• Promptly address technical issues through effective response to Reactive Maintenance demands.
• Supervise and oversee HVAC equipment, diligently conducting Fire Alarm Testing.
• Contribute to general building maintenance, cultivating a safe and efficient environment.
