About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team at UKPN Services. In this role, you will produce detailed pricing for HV & LV installations from client specifications, conceptual designs, and technical work scopes. You will support Senior Estimators in completing complex bids and ensure accurate estimates for multi-discipline electrical works. This position offers blended working after a 6-month probationary period (3 days in the office, 2 remote).,

  • Produce accurate estimates for electrical works, including labour, plant, equipment, materials, and sub-contract requirements.
  • Support the estimating resource in delivering the estimating plan and major projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure deadlines are met and bids are successful.

  • Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Estimating discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience estimating multi-discipline HV & LV electrical projects
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
  • Skills:
  • Strong numerical and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of construction drawings, design specifications, and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and customer focus
