Full Job Description

The role holder will provide effective administrative support with all Emerging Talent (ET) programmes nationally, including attraction, recruitment, selection and assessment through to the onboarding of successful candidates. They will seek to consistently deliver high quality service on time, with a focus on responsiveness, effective communication and attention to detail., Manage and respond to queries received into team inbox in a timely manner - Continually seek to build knowledge and share best practice answers to queries within the team - Manage candidates using recruitment systems including Apply4Law/ Taleo/ Workday e.g. produce rejection emails; invite to interview; offer letter; reference letters; - Support the Emerging Talent Team with the administrative work for the successful delivery of candidate assessment days - Maintain candidate records on the HR recruitment system and internal trackers - Arrange payment of candidate travel expenses and support with financial assistance process - E-filing on iManage
