Full Job Description
- To lead the development of an HR Employment Contact Centre for staff, managers, members and customer organisations ensuring high performance and customer focused processes for recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, pensions and transactional systems
- Lead responsibility for effective contract management including payroll/HR system and agency contracts
- Lead on developing paid HR employment services to customer organisations, ensuring SLAs are responsive to demand and customer needs, ensuring effective use of resources
- To lead innovative ways of working, technology and transformation that support improved performance and quality of service

- Experience of leading and co-ordinating a team of payroll and pension teams in a complex, public sector organisation
- Experience of leading payroll/HR system contract management
- Experience of service improvement in a payroll and pension shared management service
- Evidence of successful resource and financial management, including meeting customer demand and challenging deadlines
- Demonstrable track record of driving significant performance and quality improvement and delivering efficiency and benefits
