  • Building and maintaining client relationships through high levels of client service;
  • Leading delivery of employment tax advice to clients;
  • Proactively winning work with the team by managing existing clients and spotting new opportunities through client and team interactions;
  • Business Development and marketing activities, both internally and externally;
  • Involvement in local marketing initiatives;
  • Taking responsibility for delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines;
  • Reviewing work carried out by junior staff;
  • Managing complex projects;
