About Sport Brighton
Sport Brighton is the University of Brighton's non-academic sport and fitness services. This includes the university's gym and general sports facility portfolio, student clubs and social sport programmes (Brighton Panthers), scholarship and performance sport programmes, short course and community services. The University has recently invested greatly in developing and building on its facility portfolio and its an exciting time to join the service with new developments being recently completed.
About the role
You'll be working with colleagues across Sport Brighton to deliver engaging content across our online and offline channels to a range of audiences including students, staff and public. The key objectives of the role will be to engage current students into our services along with fostering a sense of community and belonging, help recruit potential students to the university, increase the awareness of Sport Brighton's impact and to engage new audiences in our publicly available services.
The role will be varied and will see you working on different projects in a range of media from website and email copy, social media, video and physical events. You will need to demonstrate:
o Ability to create video and digital assets.

o Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the appropriate content for a range of channels/ platforms.
o Ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
o Experience in content creation.
o Experience (whether formally or informally) of bringing a group of people together to produce a desired outcome
