Full Job Description

Thames Water is seeking talented Engineers of all levels to join our dedicated team and help accelerate the delivery of large-scale projects to modernise water and sewage networks.

Our Engineers play a crucial role in shaping the future of water infrastructure. Design Engineers create the blueprints for our future sewers, while Civil, Construction, and Commissioning Engineers ensure safe and efficient construction. Project Engineers oversee multiple critical projects, and Environmental Engineers focus on protecting our environment. What you'll be doing

- Coordinate the development of Project Briefs based on the needs defined by Asset Management.
- Understand project risks and co-ordinate mitigation activities
- Prepare and support technical reviews through the Definition, De-Risking and Detail Design phases of projects
- Carry out Technical Assurance checks and audits of Contractor activities and outputs through the Detail Design and Construction phases of projects
- Coach and mentor others to facilitate personal development and continuous improvement

We have roles in London, Thames Valley, and the Home Counties. These are on a Hybrid Basis, but you must work on-site and attend the office as the business requires.

36 hours a week, Monday to Friday - we are open to applications for candidates looking for full-time and part-time positions

An Engineering Degree in one of the following disciplines: ICA/Electrical/Civil/ Mechanical or the equivalent in HNC qualification
- Background in developing technical project solutions and briefs in their specific discipline
- Understanding of project delivery in process industries
- Knowledge of H&S in the Construction industry, Particularly CDM
- Knowledge of industrial processes in their engineering discipline
- Confident in engaging with all levels of external or internal stakeholders, Disability Confident

Competitive salary ranging from £46,000 to £75,000 per annum depending on the level of the role you apply for
- 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays)
