Full Job Description

The Enterprise Excellence Strategy Execution Lead is a senior-level position responsible for driving the successful execution of enterprise-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and a high standard of operational excellence. This individual will play a key role in translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans, monitoring progress, and guiding teams across the organization to achieve targeted outcomes. These initiatives may include managing internal audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive transformation and continuous improvement. What you'll do

  • Strategy Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Develop and implement a roadmap for achieving key performance indicators and strategic milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders across business units to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives. Communicate and present project updates, performance metrics, and insights to executive leadership. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, fostering collaboration across the organization.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement best practices across the enterprise. Develop and execute frameworks and methodologies for consistent delivery, performance tracking, and risk management. Continuously assess program impact to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Change Management & Communication: Champion change management practices, creating buy-in and engagement across teams impacted by strategic initiatives. Develop communication plans to inform stakeholders at all levels about progress, key achievements and challenges.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor, analyse and make informed recommendations to drive program success. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

  • A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • In-depth understanding of how own sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the function.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
  • Methodical, attention to detail
