If so, Dstl Digital is recruiting for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Service Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and running of an Oracle system. You will have oversight of implementing service changes.

Job description
In this role you will:

Respond to customer needs and ensure that technical change is communicated and managed, with appropriate governance
Analyse reports, recognising trends and providing resolutions to issues, You must appreciate and be responsible for the health and safety of yourself and others;
You will use safe working practices ensuring that you and your colleagues report any unsafe practices, big or small. You are empowered to stop work where you feel it is unsafe;
You will, follow safety guidelines, respecting and contributing to a strong Dstl safety culture.

Person specification
Why Dstl Digital? For some roles Developed Vetting will also be required, in this case you should have resided in the UK for the past 10 years.
