Full Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a ringfenced set of business development accounts, focusing on renewing existing business and generating new sales from these accounts, plus securing new clients.
  • Making outbound calls to current clients to upsell and cross-sell (no cold calling).
  • Logging activity and maintaining up-to-date client information within Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
  • Delivering achievable sales targets with enthusiasm and adaptability.

If you're skilled in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and have an eye for detail in admin tasks, we'd love to see what you can bring to our team. Sales experience is a bonus but not essential we believe the right attitude can go a long way!, To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A positive mindset and the ability to stay motivated in a challenging sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business platforms.
  • Strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience or experience with outbound client management.
