ETF Operations & Product Associate - Tabula

This role is based at Tabula, a Janus Henderson Company. Tabula is a London-based asset manager who offers a growing range of differentiated UCITs ETFs and funds to European institutional investors. We are looking for a keen, dynamic and hard-working individual to join our product, capital markets and operations team. For the right candidate, this role will offer potential for significant growth in responsibility and career development in a range of directions. Tabula is looking for a candidate to take on day-to-day oversight of our outsourced operations as well as supporting the ETF Capital Markets and Product Development process. The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of fund launch projects, working with the trading, capital markets, product and ETF management team covering all aspects of a fund launch. You will:

• Oversee day-to-day outsourced operational activity from execution to settlement, including clearing, collateral, prime brokerage, FX and administrators
• Assist the portfolio management team with trading, cash management and FX hedging
• Provide ETF capital markets day-to-day support
• Provide NAV oversight and fund accounting break assistance
• Ensure all trade bookings are completed in a timely manner and oversight of exception and break monitoring
• Complete regulatory reporting
• Oversee fund launch processes including exchange listing and UCITS passporting
• Assist with product cost analysis
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills


• Self-starter, entrepreneurial team player attitude who takes ownership of tasks and is highly organised
• Relevant experience at an asset manager, ETF issuer or investment bank
• Previous experience in financial services essential, ideally asset management or investment banking
• Determined and hard working
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong IT skills including 3rd party systems, Bloomberg, VBA, Microsoft office
Nice to have skills
• Knowledge of fixed income and/or credit derivatives is desirable
• Demonstrable interest and knowledge in ETFs and fixed income is desirable
